As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising on a range of business matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts and buy-ins, joint ventures as well as regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, commercial contracts matters and. IP/IT matters

Our client is regarded for dealing with high-quality work, with transactions typically between £2 million and £10 million on average.
