The Junior Lawyers Division has released the details of this year’s essay competition, which boasts a £500 cash prize for the winning entry.
The title for 2020 is:
Is there a role for the legal profession in environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations?
The essay should be no more than 2,000 words, not including references, footnotes and headings.
Closing date for submissions is 5pm on Friday 31 May.
Who can enter
The competition is open to those with the status of solicitor apprentice, LPC student, LPC graduate or trainee solicitor as of 31 May 2020.
