Brightlink Learning, a provider of legal education based in the Welsh capital, has officially launched its suite of SQE preparation courses for aspiring solicitors.
Brightlink’s new SQE courses are designed to provide students with a quality learning experience and ensure they are fully prepared to succeed in the SQE.
The Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) is the new route to qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales designed to open up access routes into the profession by enabling students with degrees in any subject or equivalent qualifications to qualify as solicitors through different pathways.
Brightlink will provide three course options:
- Option 1 is a short, revision only course for anyone who has very recently undertaken legal study and just wants a little tutor guidance and some practise questions.
- Option 2 is a 10-month course for law graduates, either those with a law degree or those who have completed CILEX study. Due to Brightlink’s extensive and positive reputation in the CILEX Lawyer’s community this course option is already heavily oversubscribed.
- Option 3 is a course is for those who have a non-law degree. The first course for law graduates is already underway and the next course start date is in September 2022.
Brightlink’s SQE preparation courses will build upon that existing reputation of facilitating successful learning outcomes for law students and making the most of the opportunities within training when learners have access to the convenience of technology, to learn wherever they choose, while benefitting from regular, supportive connection from tutors, coaches and mentors.
These new qualifications sit alongside Brightlink’s other legal training, CILEX legacy qualifications, CPQ and the Leading Law Accelerator which launches in Autumn this year.
