Stephen has worked in costs since 1986 and is a qualified Costs Lawyer with a wealth of experience in all aspects of costs law. Before focusing on the growth of Phoenix Legal Services, Stephen was regularly instructed on large and technical costs recovery matters and was well known for achieving excellent results with gold standard customer care.
