Aggressively salary offers continue
The recruitment market in Wales and the South West of England has never been busier, with firms offering bigger and better benefits packages than ever before. We’re seeing aggressive and ever-increasing salaries – particularly for NQ Solicitors.
One of this week’s Featured Jobs is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ Solicitor to join a fast-growth team in a heavy weight law firm in Cardiff. The firm’s Pensions & Employment team has created a brand new role (here) and the role offers high quality work and a salary of £60k+ per year (DoE).
On the rise
In terms of practice areas, instructions are on an increasing upward scale for Private Client lawyers, not only across Wales and in the South West but UK-wide, with firms offering remote working as well as offering a starting salary for non-qualified roles at £30k + per year.
Family Law vacancies are also increasing across both public and private law fields. This is great news for lawyers and legal teams, as more support on legal matters ensures professionals are in a better work-life balance position and that teams are more resilient and able to grow.
