Cardiff & District Law Society and Monmouthshire Incorporated Law Society invite its members to join the next COLP Forum meeting on the 22nd January 2024.
Chaired by Rachelle Sellek, Partner, Acuity Law and Honorary Secretary, CDLS, the COLP Forum is a network for compliance officers and is intended to be a safe space to discuss issues and approaches across various aspects (and the challenges) of dealing with compliance in practice.
Given the timing of the January meeting, the current SRA consultation on holding client money will be a topic for discussion.
The Forum has become a lifeline for compliance officers in law firms across South Wales and welcomes enquiries to join the Forum from non-member firms.
