This is a discussion for all students, juniors, trainees and qualified practitioners with an interest in Criminal or currently working within this sector.
Counsel will take us through the life of a full criminal case, from the police station directly through to the Magistrates, trial or Crown Court. Counsel will share their stories, top tips, mistakes made along the way and provide a unique insight to the process (to include those who are also ex-solicitors).
This is also available to anybody with a more senior knowledge and understanding of criminal law, to network and share experiences.
