Location

Law and Politics Building, Cardiff University Law School, School of Law and Politics, Museum Avenue, Cardiff, CF10 3AX.

The Cardiff Innocence Project is hosting a consultation event with the Law Commission on their proposals for change in the Criminal Appeals system.

The event is an opportunity to engage with Professor Penney Lewis and the Law Commission regarding their recently published Consultation Paper on their review of the Criminal Appeal system.

There is both the full consultation document and a summary document on the website, here.

The event is designed to allow stakeholders and interested parties to give feedback and suggestions to that consultation and will be a mix of panel sessions and breakout rooms to maximise the opportunity for attendees to give feedback.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to engage with the Law Commission as well other like-minded and interested people
