30 Park Place has announced the appointment of a new circuit judge for Wales.
Chambers congratulated Eugene Egan on his appointment as a Circuit Judge based at Cardiff Crown Court with effect from 30th October 2023.
Eugene Egan will be known as His Honour Judge Egan. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1993. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2019 and as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal in 2021.
