The firm aims to see what issues are troubling the profession the most from a risk management perspective, where they see claims arising the most and what regulatory issues solicitors believe will become most prevalent in the coming years.

Participation in the survey is completely anonymous and the data collected will be shared by DACB in their publications and during the course of their events, including their September webinar series, the details of which will be published shortly. Individual responses will not, however, be shared with any third parties.
