RDP Law has recruited Sarah Porter as partner and the firm’s new Head of Dispute Resolution, along with Liz O’Connor as a senior associate.
In a joint statement, the new recruits said:
“We are both delighted to be joining such an established and well-respected practice. We both bring significant litigation experience, including the skills to negotiate and mediate when appropriate, but also the ability to vigorously pursue or defend matters on behalf of our clients.
”We will be developing and growing the Dispute Resolution department to continue to provide our clients with the service they have come to expect, and we are grateful for the support we have already been given by the RDP team.”
Having initially trained and qualified at RDP in 2008, Liz returns with over 14 years of experience in dispute resolution matters, working for private, commercial, and agricultural clients. Her areas of expertise include dealing with wide-ranging commercial disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, construction disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, and agricultural disputes including planning and environmental issues.
