Claimant litigation lawyer Phillip Gower has joined the personal injury team at Redkite Solicitors.
Phillip has over 25 years’ experience in litigation on behalf of claimants working mainly on asbestos exposure, industrial disease and accident claims right across the UK, and manages a number of claims on behalf of clients in Australia, South Africa, America, Europe and Canada.
Commenting on his appointment, Head of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence at Redkite Solicitors, Sophie Jenkins, said:

Phillip is a Fellow of CILEx and Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, an Accredited Asbestos Specialist and Occupational Disease Specialist, and an assessor for the accreditation of other lawyers within the field. He also has a BSA Certificate in Industrial Audiometry.
He also specialises in head injury claims and was responsible for recovering damages in one of the highest awards approved by the High Court in Wales in a brain injury case.
