Cardiff & District Law Society’s (CDLS) BAME & Friends subcommittee has launched a short survey for professionals in the legal sector to see what type of events and support it can offer in 2022, to ensure the group offers relevant insight, resources and discussion to support equality, diversity and inclusion in the legal sector in Wales.
The CDLS group is chaired by Trish D’Souza (who recently spoke at our Diversity in Law event with Raise the Bar Society) who is keen to gather information from law firms, lawyers and professionals who identify as BAME in the profession to build an engaging events programme in 2022.
CDLS encourages anyone with an interest in equality, diversity and inclusion to take part in both the BAME & Friends group activities and the survey.
