Stowe Family Law (Stowe) has announced that Marjha Golding-Evans has been promoted to the role of Managing Partner for Wales and the South West of England, and is joined by Partner Lauren Roche.
Based in Cardiff, Marjha brings a wealth of experience and niche specialisms to the role and will join Stowe’s senior leadership team to guide the firm’s growth and development in Wales.
Marjha joined Stowe Family Law from RDP Law in November 2023, and is focused on increasing the firm’s presence in Wales and beyond. She said:

To further strengthen the development of Stowe’s offering in Wales, Marjha will be joined by experienced Partner Lauren Roche.

Marjha specialises in High Net Worth divorces and financial settlements, focusing on complex cases involving business and company disputes, as well as divorces involving farms and landed estates. She also has substantial expertise in nuptial agreements, and contested children matters, including international relocation and financial support for a child. Marjha also sits on the national board of the Country Landowners Association Legal, Parliamentary and Property Rights Committee and is a member of Resolution.
Based in Stowe’s Cardiff office, Lauren specialises in complex children matters, including issues relating to domestic violence. She deals with all aspects of divorce and family breakdown, approaching each client’s case robustly and emphatically, providing clarity for those going through the challenges of relationship breakdown.
