A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join a leading national team at this growing and successful firm with offices in Cardiff and throughout the UK.

The team deals with a range of disputes including

• contract disputes
• director and shareholder disputes
• insolvency-related litigation
• professional negligence

In this role, you will be taking on a caseload of commercial litigation matters as well as managing a team and playing a key part in the continued growth of the department through marketing and business development.

Experience

You will be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 10+ years of experience who is confident with working autonomously, managing junior staff, developing strong relationships with new and existing clients.

You may already be a Partner or a Legal Director looking to step up to the next level.
