Your New Role

As a Corporate Commercial NQ Solicitor, you will play a vital role in the team, working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to:

• Mergers and acquisitions.
• Commercial contracts and agreements.
• Corporate governance.
• Joint ventures and partnerships.
• Regulatory and compliance matters.

You will be working alongside an experienced Partner and Senior Associate who are leaders in their field, gaining invaluable exposure to high-quality and diverse client matters.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be a recently qualified solicitor (NQ) with a focus on corporate and/or commercial law during your training contract.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
