TSR Legal are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Employment Solicitor on behalf of a well-regarded employment team that has a strong reputation across South Wales. This will be a varied role where you will have the opportunity to grow the employment team.

TSR Legal are currently working with a well regarded multi office law firm legal 100 firm based in Swansea, currently have a brand-new role for either a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor up to Director level to join the expanding Employment Department.

Our client boasts an excellent portfolio of both individual and business clients across the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Employment Solicitor you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Handling a broad range of employment matters across a broad client base
• The role will involve a mixture of general advisory work, corporate support, employment disputes as well as client training
• You will be involved in working across a broad range of sectors including household names, small and large employers, government bodies as well the NHS
• Drafting policies and procedures, agreements, and contracts
• Business development and marketing initiatives across the department

Candidate skills & qualities

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills & qualities:

• A real desire to learn and a commercial outlook
• Trained at a recognised Law firm
• A desire to network, grow your business development skills and personal contacts over time
• A collaborative approach
• A genuine desire to progress rapidly as part of a very successful regional office
